Greenland Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GRLC) expects to file its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2003 later this week. In January 2003, Greenland established operations devoted to professional employment services ("PEO") through which the Company provides a broad range of services associated with staff leasing and human resources management through its wholly-owned ExpertHR(TM) subsidiary.
