Texas Stakeholders Identify Top Research Topics

AUSTIN -- Medical disputes and return to work outcomes are among the areas that stakeholders in the Texas workers' compensation system would like studied over the next year, according to the Texas Department of Insurance. The department (TDI) staff members reportly received a "broad spectrum" of comments from stakeholders for TDI's workers' compensation research agenda for fiscal year 2006.
