Chiropractic treatment that relieves pain should be covered under workers' compensation, a Pennsylvania court ruled.
In Reinhardt v. WCAB, 848 C.D. 2007, 09/11/2007, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that the workers' compensation judge erred in finding the chiropractic manipulation unreasonable after the chiropractor submitted a report saying that it eased the patient's pain.
