Two Louisiana women were arrested as part of a two-day workers' compensation fraud sweep last Tuesday and Wednesday by investigators from the criminal division of the Louisiana State Attorney General's Office. Debra Smith, 40, of Effie, LA claimed she injured her back so badly that she was unable to do housework, but was caught on video tape dancing at a local club and did not appear "to have any difficulty in her movements" even though she was receiving TD payments at the time.
