A Seneca County employee who got plunked with a Nerf football during an office game of toss is entitled to a medical claim, a Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation spokesman said this week.
Maintenance supervisor Dennis Kingseed filed his claim after the office incident in November. He reported being struck in the back by a Nerf football thrown by Bob Anderson, assistant director of the Department of Job and Family Services for Seneca County.
