Garamendi Says 100% User Funding Good Deal

California Insurance Commissioner, John Garamendi, told attendees yesterday at the Department of Workers' Compensaiton Annual Educational Conference held at the Buarbank Airport Hilton, that 100% user funding of the DWC was a good deal, and a great investment, for California business.
