CoreSource Acquires Michigan-based NGS

CoreSource, a national third-party employee benefit administrators, has acquired third-party administrator NGS American, it announced Friday. NGS American of St. Clair Shores, Mich., provides medical, dental and disability benefit administration, as well as COBRA administration, eligibility management services and flexible spending account administration. NGS has 380 employees and administers self-funded group health plans covering more than 300,000 employees and dependents in 50 states.
