Reported by WestGroup: Allegations have been made that senior officials at the EEOC discriminated against staff attorneys based on their age. William Snapp, a regional attorney in the Atlanta, Ga., office has filed suit, claiming that his supervisor ordered him to terminate senior members of his staff, that his supervisor said that 'older people lack motivation' and that productivity in the office would improve by replacing them with younger people.
