N.D. Settles with Universal Underwriters

North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jim Poolman announced a $148,874 compliance settlement affecting 25 North Dakota policyholders of Universal Underwriters Insurance Co. Poolman said the policyholders will receive refunds ranging from approximately $2 to more than $20,000.
