The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division issued revisions to Bulletin No. 147 relating to the types of surety allowed for self-insured security deposits.
The bulletin replaced the one issued in February 2005.
The revised bulletin includes information on filing acceptable surety bonds or irrevocable letters of credit, increasing or decreasing the amount of surety, expiration or termination of surety and forms to be filed with state regulators.
