Deadline Approaching for Aries Claims Submission

The Florida Department of Financial Services has announced that the statute of limitations is running on claims to be made against defunct Aries Insurance Company must be submitted by November 14. Aries Insurance Company was placed into liquidation on November 14, 2002. The Florida Department of Financial Services, formerly the Florida Department of Insurance, was appointed Receiver on May 9, 2002.
