DIR Issues 2004 Assessment Rates

The California Workers' Compensation Institute issued the following release Tuesday: The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has issued 2004 assessment rates for User Funding, Anti-Fraud Programs, Uninsured Employer Benefit Trust Fund and the Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund.
