TAB Says TX Med Costs Out of Control, Wants Reform

The Texas Association of Business (TAB) wants reformation of the Texas workers' compensation system, and says that medical costs are causing the state's system to skyrocket out of control. Medical providers, however, say that over-regulation of fees is causing qualified practitioners to leave the system.
