The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has published a statement on their views regarding the state's workers' compensation system reform needs and goals for 2003.
Stating that there is an inseparable interrelationship between medical and indemnity issues, the Division says that processes need to be implemented to assure that injured workers receive timely, quality medical treatment.
