WV Reform Proposal Released; Funding Still Issue

The West Virginia working commission on workers' compensation reform has finally submitted a 267 page legislative proposal for legislators to consider.Yesterday the bill was filed with the state Senate, and will now undergo review and debate, assuming Gov.
