AUSTIN -- The requirements affecting post-injury waiver agreements are the single biggest change Texas nonsubscribers can expect from HB 7, an industry spokesman said Thursday.
Executive director Steve Bent of the Texas Association of Responsible Nonsubscribers (TXANS) outlined possible changes, ahead of a series of planned meetings for employers who don't carry workers' compensation insurance.
