A Baltimore, MD, city resident and grocery store clerk, John Allen, pled guilty in Baltimore County District Court to a false claim against IWIF, Maryland's largest workers' compensation insurance carrier. Allen received probation before judgment, was ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and pay $55 in court fees.
