Med Legal Fee Hearing Set for Jan. 30

A public hearing on Jan. 30 in Oakland has been scheduled about regulations proposed for the medical legal fee schedule, the California Division of Workers' Compensation said. The schedule is found in Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations. Secs. 9793 and 9795.
