Boxer Cleared on Malpractice Charges

Stewart Boxer, the husband of U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer and a workers' compensation attorney, and his associate John Anton, received a jury verdict in their favor Wednesday.Boxer and Anton had been sued by their former client Ray Slayton on the allegation that they did not fully disclose to him that he would be responsible for almost half of his future medical if he C&R'd his case netting $189,500.
