Florida 1st Reverses Treatment Award

The First District of the Florida Court of Appeals reversed a judge of compensation claims (JCC) decision, holding that medical evidence did not support the treatment award. In Dollar General Corp. v. MacDonald , No. 1D05-2204, 05/03/2006, Linda MacDonald was injured twice while working as an assistant manager for Dollar General Stores -- once in March 2003 and again in August 2003.
