Bill Introduced to Simplify Medicare Set-Asides

A bill introduced to Congress Thursday would vastly reduce the number of Medicare set-asides in workers' compensation by exempting settlements of less than $250,000 and payouts for injured workers who are not likely to receive Medicare benefits in the next 30 months.
