The Board of Directors
of Harleysville Group Inc. Tuesday declared a regular quarterly
cash dividend of $0.17 per share.
This dividend is to be payable June 30, 2004 to shareholders of
record on June 15, 2004.
This marks the 72nd consecutive quarter Harleysville
Group has paid a dividend since the company went public in 1986.
