Emerging and minority investment managers have helped to pave a path to financial success once again for Ohio's employers and injured workers.
In reviewing investment results through September 2003, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) has announced that emerging and minority based firms have the highest overall rate of return in five domestic equity categories and four fixed income sectors. The results were based on a three-year rolling average of their monthly rates of return.
