In the continuing saga of a claimant attorney's fight with a Judge of Compensation Claims over attorney fees, the Florida First District Court of Appeals yesterday in Valdes vs. Galco Construction, (1D04-1884, 09/29/04 - part 2) on motion for rehearing said that a JCC can not withhold or delay an order regarding the disposition of attorney fees merely because a party does not submit a proposed order.The Court in Valdes (part 2) expanded on its earlier opinion, stating that while a party is not required to supply a proposed order, one fails to do so at his or her own risk:"For example, some del...
