A Cuyahoga County, Ohio, grand jury indicted a Cleveland man Tuesday on charges of workers' compensation fraud, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced.
Sabastian P. Smith, an employee of All-American Temps, was charged with allegedly filing a false workers' comp claim. He also allegedly forged his employer's signature on the C-240 settlement application, which provides for a lump sum payment to an injured worker.
