The Florida Bar will hold its winter meeting and seminar on workers' compensation Feb. 4-10 in Snowmass Village, Colo., with a focus on surviving the legislative reforms of 2003.
The conference, scheduled at the Silvertree Hotel, 100 Elbert Land, in Snowmass Village, includes sessions on Florida legal issues and strategies among claimants' attorneys for dealing with a cap on fees imposed as part of SB 50A.
