In Pavone v. Ambassador Transport, Inc., No. 96035, 02/16/2006, Frank Pavone was injured in 1999 and filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits. Pavone was represented by Ervin, McCane & Daly (the firm). In 2003, when the matter was concluded and Pavone had received an award, the firm submitted a $4,800 fee request.
