Zenith
National Insurance Corp. (NYSE:ZNT.N) reported a net loss for the year
ended December 31, 2001 of $23.8 million, or $1.35 per share, compared
to a net loss for the year ended December 31, 2000 of $46.8 million,
or $2.72 per share. Net loss for the fourth quarter of 2001 was
$7.3 million, or $0.41 per share, compared to a net loss for the
fourth quarter of 2000 of $10.6 million, or $0.61 per share. As
