Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana cut its workers' compensation loss ratio from 232% to 14% with a series of safety initiatives, Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corp. (LWCC) said Tuesday.
LWCC, the state's largest workers' compensation carrier, said the reduction took seven years and involved management teams from the carrier and the nonprofit help agency.
