Brickstreet Insurance is reconciling employer accounts from the previous Workers' Compensation Commission and expects to refund more than $50 million by the time the audit is finished.
The new mutual has refunded more than $27 million so far to West Virginia policyholders, it advised policyholders in a recent newsletter.
