An exercise jockey at Belmont Racetrack and four Long Island businessmen were arrested Thursday and charged in connection with workers' compensation fraud against The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF).
The arrests came during a workers' compensation fraud sweep involving six suspects and announced by Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon.
