The Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court has scheduled arguments for June 20 on whether a fine in excess of $1 million levied against The Station nightclub owners Jeffrey and Michael Derderian was excessive. The Station nightclub burned down February 20, killing 100, injuring 200, with several employees in the mix.
