The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division has announced that a 4-hour workshop for insurers and medical providers will be presented by the Benefit Consultation Unit of in Salem on Wednesday, December 18. Topics to be covered include: rule changes, time-loss benefits, total disability and death benefits, timely pay and reporting, designation of paying agent and monetary adjustments, attending physician (AP), insurer medical examinations (IME), and worker-requested medical examinations.
