Travelers Upgrades Agency System, Adds Services

Travelers Property Casualty Corp. (NYSE: TAP.A and TAP.B) and InStar Corporation, an agency management system provider, yesterday announced new real-time e-service capabilities for loss runs, electronic policy view, and billing inquiry for small commercial insurance policies using IVANS Transformation Station(TM). These new e-service capabilities are accessed directly from an agency's InStar agency management system.
