A billing fraud case against four central California chiropractors is
shaping up to become a test case that may bring some clarity as to
whether manipulation under anesthesia is an appropriate procedure within the
chiropractic scope of practice.
San Joaquin County prosecutor J.C. Weydert told WorkCompCentral on
