DWC Revising Independent Medical Review Regs

The Division of Workers' Compensation on Tuesday issued a 15-day notice for revisions to independent medical review emergency regulations. The proposed regulations have put Administrative Director Andrea Hoch at odds with VotersInjuredatWork.org, which charges that the rules do not give injured wokers enough flexibilty when their injuries are misdiagnosed or improperly treated.
