Texas Hearings on New Rules Scheduled

The Texas Workers' Compensation Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, January 16, 2002. The Commission will take testimony on new rules, amendments, and repeal of rules that were proposed at the November 15, 2001 public meeting. The proposed amendments and new rules were published in the Texas Register on November 30, and may be viewed on the TWCC's Web site, www.twcc.state.tx.us.
