RTW, Inc. Reorganizes Executive Suite

Beleaguered RTW Inc. announced Friday that Carl B. Lehmann resigned as president and chief executive officer as part of a 'realignment' of the workers compensation insurer's management. He will be replaced by J. Alexander Fjelstad III, a former director and chief operating officer of sales and marketing for RTW. Mr. Fjelstad was president of RTW's insurance subsidiary, American Compensation Insurance Co., from 1989 to 1998. In addition, Alfred L.
