Court Forces Review of Dispute Procedures

The Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation reported it is in the process of "reviewing and revising its forms and regulations" based upon a recent court opinion regarding the handling of medical fee dispute applications. The opinion was handed down on May 9 by the Western District Court of Appeals. The lawsuit is Case No. WD65530, Cox Health Systems formerly known as Lester E.
