Claimant Advocate Says States in 'Deform' Race

Workers' compensation nationwide is becoming more and more skewed in favor of business and insurance because of a collective rush by states to pass so-called reforms, says the executive director of a Washington, D.C.-based law and advocacy group for claimants.
