Claimant Advocate Says States in 'Deform' Race

Workers' compensation nationwide is becoming more and more skewed in favor of business and insurance because of a collective rush by states to pass so-called reforms, says the executive director of a Washington, D.C.-based law and advocacy group for claimants. Recent changes enacted from coast to coast in workers' comp are not reform but "deform" for the claimant, charges Randall Scott of Workers Injury Law&Advocacy Group (WILG).
