IA DWC Changes Hearing Priorities

The Iowa Work Force Division of Workers' Compensation has changed its priority for assigning cases to the limited number of time slots available for hearings. Available hearing time slots will first be given to cases in which a Prehearing Conference Report was filed as required by Rule 876 IAC 4.20(2). Cases in which a report was not filed will be scheduled as soon as practicable using the remaining time slots.
