Garamendi Publishes OpEd Pushing Reform Plan

California Insurance Commissioner, John Garamendi, wrote an Opinion Editorial for the Ventura County Star in which he recounts stories he has heard from various employers as he toured the state in his campaign for workers' compensation reform.
