Fugitive in Comp Fraud Case Caught

A fugitive arrested trying to re-enter the United States has been jailed in Los Angeles County for trying to collect workers' compensation after getting hurt in a brawl. The District Attorney's Office filed charges in February 2003 against Juan Antonio Hernandez, accusing him of six felonies involving a workers' compsensation claim.
