A New York taxi driver was arrested for workers' compensation fraud because of allegations that he concealed his employment as a landscaper while collecting disability benefits, the New York State Insurance Fund announced Wednesday.
The arrest of William Parshall, 34, of Elmira, N.Y. could save the insurer $148,233 in benefits, NYSIF said in a press release.
