Indiana WC Board Goes Paperless

The Workers' Compensation Board of Indiana has eliminated paper notices of hearing, pretrial conference and continuances, beginning with cases set for September. Instead it has implemented a docket management tool that will give parties the ability to run personalized, customizable searches through live data to obtain information about cases that have been set or continued.
