Benefit Information, Law and Regulations Now Online

The Kansas Division of Workers' Compensation has posted information on recent changes to benefits and mileage reimbursement and a link to current laws and regulations on its Web site. The division reports that as of July 1 maximum weekly benefits are $510 and minimum benefits are $25. Minimum survivors benefits are $340 per week.
