A.M. Best Co. has assigned a "bbb-" rating to the existing senior debt of Delphi Financial Group, Inc. [NYSE: DFG] (New York, NY) and a "bb+" rating to the capital securities issued by Delphi Funding L.L.C. Additionally, A.M.
