RTW, Inc. (Nasdaq:RTWI), a provider of products and services to cost-effectively manage workers' compensation programs, after earlier reported delays, yesterday reported net income for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002, of $3.4 million, or $0.33 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $339,000, or $0.03 per basic and diluted share in the third quarter of 2001 as revised.
