NAIC Finalizes Bulletins and Notices re Terror Bil

To assist insurers in complying with the Terrorist Risk Insurance Act of 2002, members of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) yesterday adopted a model bulletin and disclosure notices describing specific steps insurers must take to conform to relevant portions of the act.
