The Nevada Supreme Court yesterday will allow Lisa Malbasa to pursue a suit against her employer, Caesars Palace, for negligence in allowing her to be kidnapped her from a parking garage and raped by her estranged husband.Caesers had prevailed in the lower courts, arguing the exclusive remedies of workers' compensation prevented a civil suit against the casino company.The case went to the high court on an appeal of the lower court's grant of summary judgment against the cocktail waitress.
